Your site does things
People don't just read it — they use it. They sign in, buy, book, upload, post, and each one gets their own view of their own stuff. There's a real database behind it, working while you sleep.
That's you if you want:

- Customer logins, accounts, or a members-only area
- Booking, scheduling, or reservations
- A blog readers comment on — or anything visitors post to
- Dashboards, admin tools, or data that changes on its own

Common questions
What does the monthly fee cover?
Hosting on AWS, SSL, backups, security patches, framework updates, uptime monitoring, and small content changes (text, images, hours). Your site stays fast and current without you touching it.
How does payment work?
Through Stripe, from your account. Launch Sites are one checkout: the build cost and your first month together, and the subscription starts automatically. Custom projects are split — a 50% deposit to start the work, the balance before your site goes live. Cancel the subscription any time — you keep the site, I stop hosting it.
How are custom apps quoted?
We talk through the features you need — accounts, payments, live data, admin tools — and you get a fixed upfront price starting at $2,000, plus a monthly rate that reflects the app's hosting footprint. The quote appears in your account, where a single click accepts and pays it.
What if I don't have the upfront capital?
Talk to me anyway. If the build cost is the blocker — especially for a store or app that's going to earn revenue — we can look at profit sharing instead: little or nothing up front, and an agreed share of what the site brings in until the build is paid off. Every project is different, so tell me what you have in mind and we'll work something out.
What if I don't want monthly hosting or maintenance?
That's fine — any quote can be one-time only. You pay the build cost in a single payment, no subscription, and I hand the site over for you to host and maintain yourself. You can always add hosting later.
Can you keep building features after launch?
Yes — that's the additional-features add-on. For a flat monthly amount on the same subscription, I keep actively developing your site: new pages, new functionality, whatever's next on your list. It's quoted alongside the project and you can drop it whenever the site is where you want it.
Who owns the website?
You do. The design, the content, and the domain are yours. If you ever leave, I hand over everything cleanly.
